Ian has published books on legal issues written for non-lawyers. He also writes articles dealing with legal and economic issues, papers on policy issues for regulation and commentary on legal corporate issues.

The topics of his published books include international securities regulation, company law, voluntary administration and the taxation of e-commerce. A growing list of white papers and economics papers on a range of legal and economic topics are available on this website.

Ian is beginning articles on Forensic Accounting and plans to publish books on a range of topics involving the law and forensic accounting. The first proposed book will be on forensic accounting for lawyers. This work is based on the thesis of joining law and forensic accounting to achieve goals in litigation including preparing for litigation. It is no longer viable to separate the two disciplines. Lawyers and forensic accountants must work closely on litigation preparation and delivery to enable the courts to understand and apply financial evidence introduced as expert evidence.
